We want tails wagging and humans smiling. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Please note:
Due to the nature of personal care products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns of opened sprays, used bandanas, or any item showing signs of wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Reach out to us at orders@forthefur.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email orders@forthefur.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
